Pennies for Patients

Amy Matisko’s kindergarten class at Valley View Elementary Center recently participated in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s “Pennies for Patients” campaign, raising $455, the most money ever raised by a single classroom at the district’s elementary level. The class was treated to a pasta party sponsored by the Olive Garden.
