Elizabeth Edgar (top) and Malina Bazink were chosen this year to represent Carbondale Area High School in the program “Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.” One Thursday each month, Malina and Liz met with 35 other juniors from surrounding schools in Lackawanna County and discuss issues concerning teens in our community.
“It’s really an honor because the school selected the top 10 students in our class to apply and then only two of us were chosen to participate,” said Malina.
