Following a solemn ceremony at the Marine Corps League post in Scranton, members of Jessup Boy Scout Troop 34 respectfully “retired” hundreds of faded and tattered American flags. State Rep. Ken Smith spoke at the ceremony. Also on hand were members of the Northeast Detachment of the Friends of the Fallen.
