Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Co. (SLIBCO), The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce's industrial development affiliate, has completed steel erection on the $8.3 million Technology Incubator facility in the Jessup Small Business Center. A topping-off ceremony was held last week to commemorate the last steel beam being placed at the top of the building. The facility will be available for tenants by April 2013.
