Memorial Day services were recently held at the Olyphant American Legion Raymond Henry Post 327 site. The guest speaker was Kim Onda Atkinson followed by a 21 gun salute. The Legion’s Auxiliary provided lunch. From left, Auxiliary members Sue Yakamavich, Aimee Gigilo, Debbie Riccardi and Debbie Kosydar, Post Commander Paul Yakamavich, Legion members Larry Boyarsky, Jim Palermo, Vince Narcoonis and Joel Sofranko, guest speaker Kim Onda Atkinson, Olyphant Mayor Jonathan Sedlak, Olyphant Police Chief James Defoe and Olyphant Police Officer Tom Sakosky.
