Starting in the 200 block of Lackawanna Avenue, theKimmy owner Kim Evans and her husband, Matt Evans, start with sweeping the sidewalks. Volunteers armed with brooms and trash bags spread out through midtown to clean up streets and sidewalks on March 27, despite the chilly temperatures.
